At First Lite, we stand behind our high-performance gear and want to ensure you have the right kit for your pursuit. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange your unworn items within 30 days of purchase.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Follow the prompts to generate a prepaid UPS shipping label and print the packing slip to include inside your package.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Place the items in their original packaging with tags attached and drop the parcel off at any authorized UPS shipping location.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange item within 5-7 business days.
